No hassle, carefree return policy

At Network Hardware Online we do what we can to make your shopping experience as pleasant and convenient as possible. We don't accomplish this by just offering a wide range of network equipment, or by providing multiple payment methods, but mostly by not leaving you out in the cold if something happens to go wrong, and by fixing any problem with a fitting solution as fast as we can.


14 day right of return*, no explanation needed

It's possible, that only upon receipt of your delivery, you realise that you've ordered the wrong product, or that you've mixed up the ordered quantities. This could happen to the best of us, so if you decide to renounce all or some of your ordered products within 14 days, you are free to send the unopened, undamaged products back to Network Hardware Online. You don't even owe us an explanation.



Warranty


Do you have a damaged or faulty product?

When you wish to return or exchange an ordered product, you can easily arrange this yourself. All you need to do is create a ticket in your user account under "My tickets". We will then issue you with a return receipt which you need to include with the return shipment. All that remains are the shipping costs.


4 years warranty on all new and refurbished hardware*

We deliver nothing but the highest quality network equipment by premium brands. Our faith in these products is so strong, that we are willing to offer no less than 4 years warranty on almost every product in our web store. This doesn't only apply to new equipment, but also to our refurbished hardware.
