Free shipping within EU
When you place an order at Network Hardware Online, that is meant to be delivered in any country within the EU, the shipment is always free. This free shipment is based on standard economy service delivery. Should your shipment need to be delivered at an address within the EU, but with priority service, standard rates will apply.
Costs for urgent deliveries and shipments outside of EU
If your shipment is to be delivered with priority service or to a country outside of the EU, we strive to inform you in advance of the expected shipping costs, in so far as this is possible. These shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart, and can otherwise be requested by contacting us.
Ordered before 16:00 hrs, shipped the same day
When you place an order at Network Hardware Online, we will make sure that it is shipped within 24 hrs (when in stock). Should we receive your order before 16:00 hrs, then we'll ship your order that same day.
Track your order
As soon as we've shipped your order, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace code. You can use this code on the delivery service's website, in order to closely follow your shipment. Should your shipment be delayed, for whatever reason, this Track & Trace code also enables you to retrieve information and further details when contacting the delivery service. You are also welcome to consult us with any questions regarding your shipment. Please use our ticket service when contacting us, so we are able to help you fastest.
Average delivery times
Delivery times are always dependant on current stock levels and the location of the delivery address. A stated delivery time always remains an estimate and does not in any way serve as a guarantee.
For deliveries within the EU we take an avarage into account of between 2 to 5 working days. The delivery time for shipments with a destination outside of the EU, run up to 5 to 7 days.
With priority shipments the delivery time is shortened by 1-2 days. Needless to say, we will be able to inform you with much more up-to-date information, after having received your order.
Not available in stock
Should your order not be available for immediate or timely delivery, we will inform you straight away. In such events we will always strive to give you an accurate estimate of the expected delivery time. Normally speaking, your order will be complete and ready for shipment within 1 week. If we expect that missing items will not be in stock for the next couple of weeks, we may choose to send part of your order ahead.
Factors that influence delivery time
The delivery time of your shipment strongly depends on our stock levels, the location of the destination address and the chosen shipment method. With shipments outside the EU you should also take extra delay into account, due to custom-related formalities.
